iGame4 achieves maximum results by working with physical education teachers and certified personal trainers to develop a curriculum using active video games that are fun, challenging and educational. iGame4 offers various packages in which activity based video game stations are set up in a large multi-purpose area. During an iGame4 program, children rotate through up to twelve stations while heart rates and calories burned are anonymously tracked. Each station features a 100” screen, projector, data tracking devices, video game system and an active video game.
Our program improves endurance, flexibility, balance and the overall fitness of children. Heart rate and calorie counting results from the program prove that the classes are not only fun, but challenging too. Stations may include large group instruction, boxing, canoeing, tennis, dancing and baseball, as well as a safety and sanitation station. The iGame4 program has many activities for all grade levels and special needs students and is aligned with the New York State Physical Education and Health Learning Standards.

Box for Muscle Strength, Coordination, and Agility!
Two players work out with a heavy bag and targets in this strength building exercise. Speed, coordination, and fun are a given at this station.
Follow the Leader to the Fundamentals of Body Composition and Movement!
This station is a full body workout. Players “Follow the Leader” and perform various exercises to get their heart rate up and improve overall health. Group dynamic is key here.
Dance, Dance, Dance for Cardiovascular Endurance!
Cardio, cardio and more cardio at this station. Heart pumping dance routines build endurance and a sweat. Four players dance their hearts healthier with this full body workout.
Serve Up Agility and Motor Skills!
Play doubles tennis at this station. Serving and rallying require coordination and agility. Endurance and hand eye coordination are a must for this game.
Canoe Your Way to Cardiovascular Endurance and Teamwork!
Four players race to the goal line at this station. Rowing fast and staying within the lines requires lots of teamwork,endurance and coordination. Upper body fitness is emphasized.
Bat, Pitch, and Catch for Manipulative Skills and Muscle Memory!
Two players hit, catch and pitch in this baseball game to build manipulative skills. Lots of arm muscles are used at this station. Coordination is a must in this challenging game.
Drum Up Timing and Hand Eye Coordination!
Music lovers beat drums to the tune of getting healthy. Good hand eye coordination is necessary here. Challenge yourself to stay on beat and build a sweat with this workout.
Run for Respiratory Health and Conditioning!
Keep up the pace. Players run through a beautiful field and mountain area chasing a dog or cat in a relay race. Get your heart pumping and your lungs breathing at this station.
Hop to Core Strength and Body Composition!
This four player game has participants competing in a mad dash for the finish line. Players shake their remotes and jump while their characters hop their way to victory!
This fast paced game is a great way to exercise the arms and heart.
Dodge & Duck for Core Strength, Coordination & Agility!
Two players use their entire body to complete this challenge. Speed, agility, and timing are an important part of this activity.
Express Yourself and Train Your Brain!
Time for a mental challenge. Test your speed, accuracy and cognitive ability at this station. Math, memory and reading are all tested in this fun, social game.
